|Michael is responsible for EY’s Africa Business Center™, and also leads the Consumer Products & Retail segment for Africa in the firm’s Advisory practice.
Michael has over 16 years of consulting experience on various assignments servicing both listed African and foreign multinational companies. His areas of focus include strategy and business development. He has assisted clients across a range of sectors in projects ranging from business concept feasibility studies to developing processes for innovation to developing blue-sky growth strategies.
As part of his portfolio, Michael is responsible for the firm’s thought leadership initiatives on Africa, including our flagship Africa Attractiveness publication. He is also currently working with a number of the firm’s client’s from various countries and across a range of sectors to assist them in developing, stress-testing and executing their Africa growth strategies.
